My wife Edith and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication. We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter.
A statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Olisa Ifeajika, Governor Okowa revealed that he and his wife are stable and have commenced treatment while in isolation.
Governor Okowa thanked Deltans for their prayers for his family, and called for continued supplications for all patients undergoing treatment for the virus.
And as of today Delta state has166 new confirmed cases, 178 patients discharged.
